Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently we ship Canada wide, and we offer free shipping with purchases over $125 (delivery 5-7 Business days). At this time we do not ship internationally.
Q: Tracking my order?
A. Since we are based in Canada we primarily use Canada Post & UPS, Items are easily tracked through the tracking # provided in the confirmation email. Shipping times are an estimated time only please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is the return and exchange policy?
A: At Stony Wilds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible!
To be eligible for return or exchanges, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in original packaging if applicable. To start a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order # and reason for the return or exchange. Items will have 30 days from purchase to be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns if your order was less than $125 before taxes and shipping fees. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your credit card statement.

Q: Forms of payment?
A: We accept most major credit cards (visa, MC and American Express) All payments are securely processed through our Moneris gateway.
Q: Fit of your polos?
A: All of our Polos are a modern athletic fit. The live model featured on our site is 6’ 185 lbs and wears a medium.
Q: What types of fabric do you use?
A: We source and develop fabrics with the athlete it mind. All of our garments have a varying degree of stretch but will be very soft and comfortable. Sweat wicking and quick dying properties are included in all of our polos.
